CIeNET seeking a highly organized and analytical Program Manager/Analyst to drive process improvements and manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, technical environment. The role involves managing certification processes and engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, operations, and technical documentation, with a proven ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize multiple work streams in parallel, ensuring on-time delivery of certification programs.
- Analyze and understand technical requirements, ensuring successful integration into product development processes.
- Lead efforts to improve operational KPIs by proposing and advocating for process improvements.
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external partners, ensuring quality engagement and seamless communication.
- Review and provide feedback on technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with certification standards.
- Triage and manage bug reporting processes, working closely with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical parties, ensuring clear understanding of complex technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing schedules and processes, optimizing workflow for efficiency.
- Monitor and report on the efficiency and efficacy of certification documentation and processes.
- Engage in stakeholder management, balancing competing priorities and navigating ambiguous situations to drive project success.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to support business decision-making, utilizing quantitative and qualitative data
- Gather, interpret, and communicate complex data findings to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and visualizations
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to monitor performance metrics and KPIs
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on certification processes, technical documentation, or operations.
- Strong task management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams.
- Experience in manufacturing industries or operations, particularly in process-driven environments.
- Background in technical authoring, problem-solving, and communications.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with bug tracking and triaging, with a focus on improving product quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proven success in driving process improvements and meeting key operational KPIs.
- Familiarity with tools for managing certification programs and tracking bugs is a plus.
